On Thursday September 3rd, you will have an opportunity to pick up your child’s materials at Maple Wood Park. Student materials will include school supplies selected by your child’s teacher, and learning resources. Laptops from the school district for students 3rd - 5th grade will also be available to check out at Maple's main office.

Maple received a shipment of laptops today! This means that 3rd-5th grade families can pick up their child’s laptop during school supply distribution tomorrow. School supplies will be at Maplewood Park and laptops will be at the Maple front office.
If your child received a PTSA loaner laptop to use, please bring it with you and exchange it for your child’s new SPS device.
To receive an SPS device families will need to complete an online learning form. Forms will be available when you pick up your device, however please feel free to complete this form ahead of time and bring with you to the device distribution: Amharic, Chinese, English, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog, Tigrinya, Vietnamese
If you have asked another Maple family to pick up your child’s materials, they will not be able to pick up your child’s laptop unless they bring this completed form, signed by you.
Devices for K-2 have been ordered but have not yet arrived.
