There's a lot happening at Maple as Fall winds down. Please read below to find out about exciting events happening and other ways you can help out Maple students and staff:

Join us for the final push on the book labeling curriculum project. Monday, 10/30 from 2:30-4:30 and Friday, 11/3 from 2:30-4:30. Your help means getting the kids closer to having those written materials in their hands for active learning.This is a task occurring after school hours and will not require volunteers to have background checks completed so feel free to recruit any extended family or friends for this project. Arrive at the front office for instruction and direction as to where the work will be happening. Please sign up to volunteer here.
Our first Trivia Night for Maple Parents and Staff will be Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 7-9pm. Meet other Maple parents and join staff for this fun night to build our community! A suggested donation of $25 includes admission, two drinks, light snacks and exciting Trivia. More information and a link to reserve your tickets here.

Seattle School District invitation to meetings on the new Student Assignment Plan for 2018-2019 and High School Boundaries Plan. This is your opportunity to ask questions and give feedback before the Board makes their decision to updates including Special Education, school choice and Advanced Learning opportunities in high schools.

Our annual Fall Into Giving 2017 fundraiser will be kicking off next Thursday, 11/2! This month long giving campaign raises money for the vital education support of our Maple students and school. We hope to raise $7,500 this year! Information will be going home with your students next week.

​​Parent/Teacher conferences are being scheduled for the week of Nov. 20-22. Be sure to schedule a conference time with your child's teacher. REMINDER: There is NO SCHOOL Nov. 20-25
